Opportunity Description

The Wimbledon Guild Charity Shop boasts a clean, tidy, and friendly atmosphere that people enjoy visiting. The stock offered varies, but is always good quality at affordable prices. Volunteers play a crucial role not only working in and maintaining the shop, but also by spreading the word on all the services the Guild provides.

Some tasks you can contribute to include:

Customer service - Working the till, chatting with customers
Preparing stock - Steaming product, hanging items
Pricing goods - Correctly stickering product and keeping prices up-to-date
Sorting through donations
Creating displays and maintaining window maintenance.

You can expect a very satisfying, rewarding experience helping at the shop. You will be part of a vibrant and dedicated team, while receiving the full support from the Wimbledon Guild including a thorough induction to the Guild, as well as your role at the shop.

Out of pocket expenses including travel costs will be reimbursed and you can enjoy a 20% discount on all shop purchases.
